This is not refundable unless I have to cancel the course for any reason such as low numbers. However if you need to cancel you can transfer for the same course to another person, if you book a place and do not attend no refund will be given.

Please let me know if you have any disabilities that may affect you on the course such as parking, access to building or anything that I can do to make your day more enjoyable.

There will be tea and coffee facilities at all sites (I will supply this) but if you have any special requirements please let me know in advance.

Lunch is not included in the course so please bring packed lunch.Some of the halls have kitchens so you may be able to heat things up such as soup (check with me first).

If you are coming on a garden structure course please bring waterproofs, and dress in layers, as we will be outside for most of the day. You may like to bring a kneeling pad also.
